If you’ve worked with Functional Herbology before and don’t feel you need to start again with a full programme, you can choose from the follow-up options below. These are designed for existing clients who need focused support, a review, testing interpretation, herbal medicine or help staying on track.

If it’s been a long time since we last worked together, or your health picture has changed significantly, a fuller review may be more appropriate. I can advise you on the best next step.

Follow-up consultation

You’ve worked with me before and want to review symptoms, progress, a specific concern or your current priorities.

45 minute consultation, review of what has changed, updated priorities and revised recommendations where appropriate

Health Coaching Package

You know what you want to work on but would benefit from structured support, accountability and practical help turning intentions into sustainable habits.

Four 40-minute health coaching sessions focused on your goals, barriers, routines and next steps, with practical resources and tools to take away after each session. As a trained and certified NLP practitioner, I may also draw on NLP techniques where appropriate to support mindset, confidence, behaviour change and breaking unhelpful patterns.

Functional test review and interpretation

You have new stool, hormone, organic-acids or other functional test results that need proper interpretation

Clinical interpretation in the context of your history and symptoms, key findings and priorities, plus 30 min consultation and written analysis as specified

Blood-results review

You have recent GP or private blood results you’d like reviewed in context

Review of relevant markers, explanation of patterns and what may warrant discussion, monitoring or further investigation - written notes

Herbal medicine consultation

You need a new or substantially changed herbal prescription

Focused 45 min consultation, safety/medication review and personalised herbal formulation where appropriate

Herbal prescription review / refill

Your existing prescription is working and only needs a straightforward review or repeat

Brief 15 min suitability check (via phone), any minor adjustment required and repeat prescription. Please note: This service is for short-term continuation only. After 1–2 prescription reviews/refills, a full follow-up consultation will be required.

Short support check-in

You’re generally doing well but need help staying on track or making a small adjustment

Short message-based review for an existing plan rather than assessment of a new complex issue
