About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Oats (quick or traditional)

  • 1 cup of Unsweetened almond milk


  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup


  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce


  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon


  • 1tbsp Chia seeds


  • 1 cup Frozen berries


  • 2 tbsp Sliced almonds

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° (177°C).

  2. Grease a baking pan with coconut oil

  3. Add all ingredients except the sliced almonds to a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.

  4. Transfer to a baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Sprinkle with sliced almonds before serving.

  6. Enjoy!
