SOS
The Trust Your Body Programme is a focused one-month 1:1 experience designed to help you understand what’s really happening in your gut and how it’s influencing your energy, mood, digestion, immunity, and overall resilience.

Using advanced microbiome testing alongside functional medicine, nutrition, and herbal support, we identify the patterns driving your symptoms and create a clear, personalised plan to support healing. This is not about quick fixes or generic protocols, but about giving your body the right information, support, and conditions to recover — and helping you rebuild confidence in your body along the way.
Program price is £399 including herbal medicine plus separate cost of Microbiome Explorer test (£399) payable directly to lab.
THE VIBRANT MUM METHODTM
3 MONTH FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE AND COACHING PROGRAMME

A program for mums designed to restore your gut health, improve your mood and energy and gain control of family life.
My 15 years of experience in natural therapies; encompassing multiple modalities as a herbalist, naturopath, nutritionist, NLP coach and functional medicine practitioner, have been combined together to create my signature program.

What to expect
1. Identification of the root cause of dysfunction; through both experience, traditional diagnostics, and functional medicine techniques & testing.
2. A personalised & realistic nutritional roadmap, with cutting edge protocols, targeted and latest research supplements, food plans, recipes and lifestyle hacks that can be adapted for the whole family.
3. Bespoke herbal medicine throughout the prograto match your symptoms and unique physiology.
4. Regular fortnightly check-ins, every step of the way, incorporating coaching and mindset techniques so you feel supported and motivated throughout the process and ensure continued success.
5. Access to my easy to use practitioner portal, packed with straightforward educational materials, videos and audio explanations, and workbooks to help you stay on track, stay clear and achieve your goals.
THE M.O.T PROGRAMME
1 month work together
MOT
A month of working together to investigate exactly what has been going on for you or your child. Includes initial consultation, written report and email / message support for the month.
£399 including herbal medicine
A single consultation to help with conditions that don't necessarily require ongoing in depth support or coaching but will help you to feel better and more motivated to make long term, positive change. Includes a one month supply of personalised, bespoke herbal medicine formulated and dispatched from my dispensary and online guidance throughout the month to answer your questions.
NB: follow up support after the end of the program is £149 per month including herbs and a 30 min consult to update your plan.

What to expect
During a 60 minute consultation we explore what's going on for you at the present moment and analyse your symptoms and medical history . We unravel the story of your health and wellbeing and uncover the underlying causes that may be contributing to your current symptoms.
We formulate a plan and together agree on manageable goals for you to work toward following our time together. I provide you with the nutrition and lifestyle advice that will enable you to confidently make the changes that will help you move towards your goals.

THE S.O.S CONSULTATION
One off consultation for short term illnesses
SOS
A fast track online clinic for those acute or niggling issues that you need support with - fast.
£139 including herbal medicine
I am delighted to introduce you to my new virtual clinic where you can ask me about any acute and short term, current health concern you may be experiencing - physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. These short, stand alone consultations will enable you to understand what can be done naturopathically to ease your current symptoms. They can even be squeezed into a lunch break! Examples of acute issues include respiratory or ENT infections, tummy bugs, UTIs., temporary insomnia or stress support etc. Contact me directly to check whether you need an SOS or MOT consult. juliana@functionalherbology.co.uk
Note: all chronic issues lasting longer than 2 weeks require an MOT, not SOS appointment.
What to expect
During your 30 minute consultation with me I will draw on my skills as a naturopathic and herbal medicine practitioner to identify what we can use to help you feel better quickly and offer a simple treatment plan to help.
You will also be prescribed 2 weeks of bespoke herbal medicine personalised to you which will be received within a few days by post. I will ask you to complete a brief health questionnaire (this is shorter than for the programs I offer) so that I can review your notes before the session begins - that way we can make the most of every minute during our time together.

Note: for complex or chronic conditions please see my options and programs below for more detailed support and coaching. SOS consultations suit short term or acute, single problems. If you decide you need further support following the session, the cost of this consultation will be offset against the cost of a program.
